Okay now let's think about that statement.  What you decide to eat is what is healthy or unhealthy.  That statement did not mention anything about the portion of chinese food you eat but rather the platter or the dish.  At least we need to look at the longevity of the chinese compared to the americans.  Chinese may be for the most part skinnier but they are not any more unhealthy than the americans.  Most americans eat out at fast food places.  Fast food places of any sort are extremely unhealthy for you.  The original chinese eat chinese food every day.  Americans that eat fast food every day are destroying their kidneys and liver and creating heart problems.  Unfortunately we americans tend to listen to what the media has to say whether they are correct in their statements or not.  I am not educated enough to know how to calculate the amount of calories/sodium are in foods outside of the home but I do use some common sense and eat portions appropriate for my nutritional needs and take the rest home for at least one more meal if not 2.  Whenever I go to a restaurant I eat foods other than american.  Why I am not sure but I tend to enjoy foreign food more and I think maybe it is because of the way I see many americans and their stomach size.

 Who came up with the title?  A couple of the songs do not warrant being included in that list. 'Little Red Corvette' isn't even a car song.  If a song mentions something about a car once in passing does not make it a 'car song'.  A car song is a song that refers to the car thruout the entire song, hence G.T.O., 409, Little Deuce Coupe, etc.  What about 'Deadman's Curve' by Jan and Dean or maybe 'Low Rider'.  Seems if you're going to make a statement like that you should actually do some research into it.
